Reaxis - Red

Pinion is an independent British watch brand founded by designer Piers Berry in 2013. The brand focuses on creating thoughtfully designed mechanical watches with strong character, combining modern engineering with British craftsmanship.

The Pinion Reaxis features a 42 mm case crafted from brushed 316L stainless steel, giving the watch a robust and confident presence. The caseback features an engraved phoenix, a signature motif that reinforces the watch’s distinctive character. The dial is finished in a rich sunburst red, achieved through an electroplated process that allows the colour to subtly shift in different lighting conditions. Polished applied indexes and matching hands create contrast against the dial surface, adding depth and a refined visual character. The yellow accent on the seconds hand adds a subtle contrast to the dial, bringing a touch of vibrancy to the overall design.

The watch is powered by the Sellita SW200-1, a Swiss-made automatic movement known for its reliability and robust performance. As a self-winding mechanical calibre, it is powered by the natural motion of the wearer’s wrist , offering a power reserve of around 40 hours. The watch is equipped with a screw-down crown which helps to secure the case and improve resistance to water and dust, while its 100-metre water resistance makes it suitable for everyday wear and light water activities.

The Pinion Reaxis is available in several dial colours, including anthracite, blue, green, magenta and red. It can be paired with a range of leather or rubber straps in different colours allowing for a variety of looks and wearing styles.
