Pellikaan Timing is a Dutch independent watchmaker founded in Utrecht in 2009 by Hubert Pellikaan. The brand combines classic watch design with robust execution and often uses Swiss movements that are carefully selected for precision and durability. Pellikaan’s watches carry “Dutch Made” on the dial as a nod to their origin, and over the years the collection has grown from the original Flying Dutchman into a broader range that emphasises clarity, mechanical quality, and thoughtful detailing.

The Athena is powered by the ETA F06.412 thermo-compensated quartz movement, a calibre designed for stable precision and equipped with features such as anti-shock electronics and an end-of-life indicator, with a typical battery life of around five years. The watch is rated to 5 ATM (50 m) water resistance, offering everyday protection against splashes. Athena is offered with a variety of strap choices — including tobacco brown, cognac brown, black, blue, and red leather options, as well as a stainless steel bracelet — allowing wearers to personalise the watch’s look according to their personal tastes.
